General Shipping + Delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours so if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible.
Since most of our items are custom made-to-order, please check the Shipping + Delivery Tab on the individual product pages for an estimated delivery time. Some items are made quickly while others may take a little longer in production.
Destination tracking is available for most countries. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. Orders that have not arrived within 45 days from the time your order has shipped are eligible for a free reshipment or a refund.
Please Note that during peak shopping seasons, production and ship time may take a little longer than normal. If you are purchasing a gift, please order as early as possible. We don't want to disappoint you or the gift recipient with a potentially delayed order.
Please Also Note that if you are ordering outside of the United States, you may be required to pay an import tax or tariff on your package according to your country's trade agreement. Import taxes and tariffs on packages are the customer's responsibility to pay as we do not charge them nor pay for them. If you are unsure about your country's current trade agreement, please contact us for details.
